We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Mathematics to lead our team of specialist in the Mathematics faculty, working closely with senior leaders to ensure students achieve their 'Personal Best'. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to inspire and enthuse others with a love of Mathematics, and strong leadership qualities to ensure an innovative, effective approach to learning for all students, shaping the faculty for further success. A commitment to whole-school development priorities and narrowing the gaps for our students are also vital.

This will be explored at interview and may lead to further negotiated responsibilities for the successful applicant. The role requires someone with confidence and the ability to lead a large team of staff and to work autonomously, balancing operational demands with clear, strategic thinking.
