Shrewsbury High's Prep School is unique amongst the GDST as it is coeducational. Shrewsbury High's Prep takes girls from 4 to 11, before they progress to Shrewsbury High's Senior School with boys taken from 4 to 13, as they are prepared for entry into senior schools both locally and nationally.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable leader to join us as Head of Prep School. As well as leading a thriving and highly ambitious school, you will play a key role in the senior leadership team.
We continue to find new ways to excel academically and beyond and, as our lead practitioner, you will have a strong track record of inspiring an innovative and forward thinking approach to teaching and learning. In addition, you will have experience of ensuring a school's all-round provision is of the very highest possible standard.

Shrewsbury High School has been educating girls in the heart of Shrewsbury since 1885, our school is literally built into the historic Town Walls. We welcome students aged 4-18 and we were created to put girls first, always.
