An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed educator to lead our Pok Fu Lam Campus (approximately 480 students aged 4-11 years) and contribute to the Kellett School Senior Management Team
The successful applicant should demonstrate:
- A passion for student entitlement and excellence within a broad, rich and challenging curriculum.
- Successful leadership experience at Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher level
- An understanding of meeting the needs of high achieving students
- Knowledge and understanding of British education, teaching beyond the National Curriculum framework and maintaining 'outstanding'
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional development of self and colleagues
- A desire to work and actively contribute to the leadership of a multi campus, through-train school
- The importance of building a community, contributing to the wider life of the school and working in partnership with parents

The post becomes available following the promotion of the current Head of School to a large international school within the region after seven years of successful leadership.
The successful applicant will ideally commence employment in August 2015 or thereafter by mutual agreement.

Kellett is a through train school with campuses in Pok Fu Lam on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon Bay. The Pok Fu Lam campus is a Preparatory School (for ages 4-11 years old) in Wah Fu at the foot of Mount Kellett and overlooking Kellett Bay, while the Kowloon Bay campus houses a Preparatory and Senior School for students from 4 -18 years old.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and English National Curriculum, which includes GCSEs, IGCSEs and A levels. As our children progress through the school, they are encouraged to learn with growing independence in a challenging and stimulating environment.
