The Governors of Kinson Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic school leader to this key post. Having recently appointed a new Headteacher, this is an exciting time to come and work at Kinson. The school has been on a journey of improvement over the last year and we have a clear vision for moving to be a good and then outstanding school. If you could be a key player in realising that vision we want to hear from you! We need someone:
- To work alongside and be accountable to the Headteacher in promoting a shared vision of Kinson Primary School.
- To lead teaching and learning, further raising the quality and effectiveness of learning experiences for all.
- Develop effective systems to support and develop the skills of staff to meet pupil needs effectively to ensure rapid progress.
- Who has been successful in a leadership role and positively impacted standards.
