As an Outstanding College we are looking for an inspirational leader to manage and lead our Flagship School of Engineering.

Based in a state of the art building the School offers a wide range of curriculum choice at both FE and HE level, together with a highly regarded apprenticeship programme.

Reporting directly to the Vice Principal, the role is responsible for the both giving clear strategic direction to the School as well as the day to day operational management.

Applicants must hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification plus a substantial track record of managing a team and developing and delivering the curriculum, ideally both FE and HE level.

We are a friendly and vibrant College, established in 1957, offering education and training to school leavers, adults, international students and working professionals at our two college sites and in the community. 

We have an excellent reputation for innovation in course development, the flexibility and variety of courses and a strong employment record for those who leave after successfully completing a course. We provide vocational and technical education and training across a broad spectrum of needs – from basic skills programmes and GCSEs to degree and MA courses.

As well as the main campus base in Farnborough, the new Aldershot College opened in September 2005, providing vital trade skills, such as plumbing, building and carpentry. In addition we have a community Learning Centre in Fleet and the College offers part-time professional, business and leisure courses run at a number of local School sites.
