Head of School

Launde Primary School requires a Head of School who will work with the Executive Headteacher to continue to build on Launde's outstanding success. This unique opportunity requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership and management skills to lead the school forward as the Multi Academy Trust expands. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be an excellent primary practitioner demonstrating high standards
• Have high expectations and a commitment to improvement
• Been part of senior management team leading and sustaining school improvement
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be resourceful and be able to enthuse and inspire the school community
• Be responsible for the day to day management of the school.
