Al Ain English Speaking School is an established and respected co-educational international school comprising 1200 students, aged 3-18 from over 60 nationalities. We are located on the border between the United Arab Emirates and Oman in the scenic UNESCO world heritage site in the oasis city of Al Ain. The city of Dubai is an easy 80 minute drive from us. We have newly renovated modern facilities and offer a British Curriculum including Edexcel and Cambridge GCSEs and A level courses. Both our school community and the city of Al Ain are friendly and welcoming, with many expats making their long-term homes here.

We are seeking an experienced school leader committed to achieving excellence. As a positive and dynamic member of the Senior Leadership Team you will possess high expectations of both teachers and students, motivating them to achieve their full potential. You will also have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to inspire staff and develop strong links with our students and the local community.

A key focus of the role will be to continue to raise standards of teaching & learning through embedding outstanding practice in all Key Stages. High quality British international experience would be an advantage, along with successfully having led rigorous initiatives to improve learning opportunities for students.

Al Ain English Speaking School is one of the oldest schools in Al Ain with a reputation that goes beyond the city boundaries.  It sits in the ‘Garden City’ renowned for being an oasis in the desert.
