Full-time, 37 hours per week, Windsor College Ref: ASFC06

Opened in 2006, Windsor College offers an exceptional environment for students and staff alike. This bright and modern setting is home to our vibrant and successful A Level, Science and Creative departments. With excellent facilities, a town centre location in one of England's most desirable areas and a busy, friendly atmosphere, it has built a leading reputation in the local area.

Your challenge is to take the College's success to another level, seeking out new opportunities to move it forward as the first choice destination for local young people. It's an exciting opportunity to put your vision, ideas and inspiring leadership skills to work as you develop partnerships and innovative curriculum.

In addition, you'll oversee high-quality delivery, identify and develop new funding streams, manage finances and exceed performance targets. Above all else, your goal will be to lead your team to deliver an outstanding learning experience for every student. As a key member of the Curriculum Directorate, you will also have the opportunity to play a significant role in the senior management of the College as a whole.

With a proven track record of curriculum or department management gained in a school or college sixth form or similar provision within an FE college, you should bring a strong background of curriculum development, driving improvements across teaching and learning, student performance and financial results. First-rate communication skills are also important, along with the ability to build effective partnerships - both internally and externally.
