Following the appointment of Julian Thomas as Master of Wellington College, the Trustees are now seeking to appoint an outstanding leader to build on the existing strong platform and take Caterham forward into the next exciting phase of its development.

The successful candidate will be a charismatic, visible leader with the capacity to motivate a high calibre senior team and the gravitas to win the respect of pupils, staff, parents and other external stakeholders. S/he will have substantial track record of successful senior leadership experience, strong intellectual abilities and a deep commitment to Caterham's educational aims and ethos. Identification with the School's founding Christian principles and values is also essential.
