Due to the promotion of our Head Teacher to another headship in a larger school we are seeking to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated teacher with Christian values to our friendly village school who will develop the full potential of all of our children.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional practitioner with:

• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
• Experience of leadership in curriculum development
• A clear vision of high quality education
• Ability to maintain and develop the Christian ethos of the school
• Skills to communicate well with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• Experience of using data to secure excellent attainment and achievement at a whole school level
• Good organisational and communication skills.
