We are looking for an inspirational leader.
 
The governors wish to appoint a headteacher with excellent vision, leadership skills and experience, able to rapidly accelerate pupils' progress and raise attainment in our school of 404 children.

We seek a headteacher able to inspire and develop a culture of 'continual improvement' by:

• Improving quality of teaching 
• Building on the progress already made in the Post Ofsted Action Plan
• Leading our committed teaching staff
• Embracing and developing our Christian ethos
• Continuing to work developing our good relationships with the parish and parents.
