Future Leaders is a 3 year leadership development programme for current or former teachers to become outstanding leaders of challenging secondary schools.
Become a Head Teacher
We are looking to recruit and train up to 75 exceptional individuals to join our September 2012 Cohort.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to:
- Become a head teacher in around four years
- Apprentice under a head teacher in a challenging school
- Gain bespoke training and career support
- Visit exemplar schools in the US
- Earn your current salary up to a threshold of £50,000
- Future Leaders operates in London, the North West, the Midlands, Yorkshire & the Humber, the South Coast and now in the North East.
