Governors at Dinglewell Junior School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader with the enthusiasm and vision to build upon the successes and reputation of our thriving and vibrant school.

We are looking for an outstanding Headteacher who:

• Can demonstrate determination, imagination and commitment to sustained and continuous improvement
• Is passionate about teaching and learning and believes in developing the true potential and character of each individual child
• Is imaginative and provides opportunities for the children to maximise their own potential
• Is an exemplary role model with strong leadership, organisational and relationship skills
• Can nurture and inspire, challenge and motivate pupils and staff
• Has the ambition, drive and creativity to establish Dinglewell as an Outstanding school.
• Can build on the current high level of academic performance of the school with particular emphasis on accelerating the attainment of disadvantaged pupils
• Has the ability, desire and dedication to maintain and strengthen links with parents, Governors, our partner Infant school and the wider community
