Due to the imminent retirement of our Head Teacher an exciting opportunity exists to join our successful school from May 2015. Governors at the school are looking for a new Head Teacher with outstanding leadership and management skills to continue the culture of achievement and innovation. We are open to an existing head teacher or an exceptional deputy head to lead our expanding school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be inspirational and continue to provide clear vision and strong leadership
  • Have a proven track record of sustaining high attainment
  • Have an ability to lead, motivate and manage the school to even greater success, while retaining the current caring, and inclusive ethos
  • Have proven organisational, managerial, financial and interpersonal skills
  • Continue to work in partnership with the staff, parents, governing body and the local community
