It's going to take an inspirational leader to establish and develop our new school. This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone with patience, resilience and a passion for working with pupils within the SEN sector.

Hall Cliffe School will be the latest addition to the Witherslack Group's national portfolio of educational establishments and will further build on a reputation of high quality specialist support for young people with complex learning needs. The school will be based on the site of the former Silcoates St Hilda's School in Horbury. Following a short period of re-development and upgrading, the school will open in early 2015 and will offer state-of-the-art educational resources and facilities for approximately 70 young people from the ages of 11 to 16 years of age.

As our new Head Teacher you'll be dedicated to working with young people with SEN and have experience as a teacher and senior leader in the sector. A strong leader with a hands-on approach you'll understand how crucial effective teamwork is within this specialised school. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be matched by a commercial astuteness, which will help us to continue to develop and grow.
