TKAT is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated leader who relishes the challenge of building on the strengths of this school, to take it to the next stage of its development working within the support network of TKAT. This is a one form entry Primary School with an exciting and challenging opportunity for an innovative, risk taking new or established Headteacher to consider. We are seeking a Headteacher who:

• has a commitment to an inclusive education for all and personalised learning
• can lead and develop our school to the next level
• has strong leadership skills
• is committed to developing a positive, enthusiastic learning culture for all members of the school community to aim for excellence and high standards of attainment and achievement
• is ambitious and eager to develop their own professional development
• can further develop a curriculum for all students that meets the needs of all children
• has a good track record of driving forward improvements.
