The governors, staff, parents and pupils of Worsbrough Common Primary School and Rising Stars Children's Centre are seeking to appoint a visionary and inspirational Headteacher.

The school is a designated Teaching School and Regional Apple Training centre and is currently undergoing extensive building work to expand our current capacity to 420 NOR.

The school and Children Centre work in a highly integrated manner ensuring we meet the needs of our local community. We are a 'learning centred' school working with a wide range of partners and with a real focus on enquiry and Research and Development.

The Governors require a Headteacher who will:

• Be a passionate learner
• Provide strong, visionary leadership and management of the School, Children's Centre and Teaching School Alliance
• Be committed to meeting the needs of every child and have a passion for excellence
