Holte School is an "Outstanding" school. The school's ethos emphasises high quality teaching to achieve excellence and enable its students to maximise their potential.

Holte School has a strong track record of working with other schools and is a sponsor of the adjoining Lozells Junior and Infant School and Nursery and joint sponsor of Bluecoat Church of England Academy in Walsall. The school is currently a National Support School with responsibility for supporting a number of schools within the locality.
