The governors of our popular and highly regarded school are seeking to appoint an experienced and Christian leader to continue the development of our school to outstanding. You must have a proven track record of raising pupil achievement and an ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver the strategic vision for the school.

If you have:

• the ability to sustain and develop the Christian character of the school;
• excellent leadership, management and organisational skills;
• the ability to lead and manage change;
• an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
• high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour.
