• A practising Catholic with a strong faith who has a deep commitment to and understanding of Catholic Education
• An inspirational and visionary person who will take our school from "good (with outstanding features)" to "outstanding"
• Someone who recognises the individuality of children and staff to ensure that all reach their potential in a caring and nurturing environment
• A proven track record of leadership and management and the ability to demonstrate a range of effective leadership styles
• Someone who will maintain and develop the partnerships between our school, our parents, our parishes, Diocese and the wider community.
