About Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy

Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 bilingual secondary school, situated in Llanrwst in Conwy County. The school, which is maintained by Conwy local authority, has 703 students on its roll, including 149 students in the sixth form. 

At Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy, 61 percent of pupils come from homes where either one or both parents speak Welsh, and 39 percent from homes where English is the main language. For many pupils, Welsh is the main language of teaching and they study Welsh as a first language.
