Headteacher

Elmwood Infant and Nursery School is a very successful, popular and over-subscribed community school. We are a diverse, friendly and welcoming school with an excellent ethos of respect and regard within the whole school community. Staff, governors and parents work together to promote and celebrate all pupils' development and we are committed to the welfare and safeguarding of children. We are looking for someone who has substantial successful experience leading KS1 and Early Years as either a current Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and inspirational leader who has the skills and enterprise to build on our high standards and many achievements. The new Headteacher will be working alongside an ambitious and visionary governing body taking the school on the path from good to outstanding.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong track record of engaging parents, carers and stakeholders within the wider and local community.
