The Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational leader who is committed to promoting and enhancing Catholic education in our community. From September 2014, St Bede's is a one and half form entry due to an increase in the PAN from 30-45 in Reception Class.

The successful candidate will:

• be a practising catholic;
• have the skills and vision to take our school from 'good' to 'outstanding';
• have a proven record of leadership and management and demonstrate a range of effective leadership styles;
• continue to inspire improvement in achieving high standards;
• the ability to nurture and challenge our pupils with a safe and happy learning environment.
