Our current Headteacher is retiring at the end of this academic year. The Governors are seeking someone who will be committed to implementing change in a sensitive way so as to strengthen our friendly school and enhance our links with the wider community.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can demonstrate a proven track record of raising attainment and will take our school from GOOD to OUTSTANDING.
• Has sound experience of school management and holds or is working towards NPQH.
• Can demonstrate strong visionary leadership and is a Team Player as well as a Team Leader
• Can recognise what works well and build on it.
