Our current Headteacher is retiring; therefore the Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, skilled and inspirational leader who will continue to build on the achievements of this outstanding, dynamic and happy school.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

• Is a practising Catholic with a strong personal faith who is able to articulate a clear vision for enriching the school's distinctive Catholic nature
• Has drive, enthusiasm and imagination to move the school forward to achieve even greater success
• Has the strategic vision and strong commitment to maintain and further develop the present very high standards of teaching and learning at St. Catherine's
• Has excellent monitoring, evaluation, communication and mentoring skills
• Is committed to continuing strongly to promote and develop the partnership between parents, parishes and the wider community
• Will continue to forge links with local school
