Job overview

Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher we offer one of the most interesting posts in teaching and a new challenge for 2015.

Your goal and challenge will be to provide outstanding education and pastoral care for young people who are facing medical, emotional or psychiatric challenges. Our pupils require sensitive and creative solutions to fulfil their potential. You will be engaging with medical staff, CAMHS and other agencies, as well as mainstream and special schools and within the widest national context.

If you:

  • Are passionate about education and supporting young people at a challenging period of their lives;
  • Have the skills to liaise with a complex range of stakeholders;
  • Possess the ability to establish a common purpose in a team that works across three centres;
  • Can articulate a vision and translate that vision into a reality;
