Headteacher

Broughton Jewish Cassel Fox Primary School is a caring, vibrant, growing Academy with 450 pupils. Each individual is valued and nurtured within a Jewish environment where an emphasis is placed on excellence in learning and the personal development of each child. We aim to foster thoughtfulness, mutual respect, creativity, communal awareness and a desire to learn.

We need an inspirational and energetic Headteacher who:

• can work closely and effectively with the Principal and is currently an effective senior manager in a primary school
• has a proven track record in the development of a school, including the staff
• is a person with an appreciation for faith schools (although the faith of applicants is not a relevant criteria)
• has good interpersonal skills and will value the contributions that all members of the team can make
• has the highest expectations of all pupils' achievements and behaviour and will continue to raise standards across the school
