St Mark's is a vibrant, one form entry school, displaying some outstanding elements and set in a diverse community in the heart of Mitcham. We need an inspirational and energetic Headteacher who:

• Is currently an effective senior manager in a primary school
• Is committed to working in a diverse community
• Has the expertise and confidence to continue St Mark's development
• Has good interpersonal skills and will value the contributions that all members of the team can make
• Has the highest expectations of all pupils' achievement and behavior and will continue to raise standards across the School
