Headteacher

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher from January 2015. Our new Headteacher will be a committed and practising Catholic with a clear vision for Catholic education, an inspirational leader who will have the vision to develop our school and a commitment to partnership working.

The successful candidate will have:

• a proven track record as a Headteacher or Senior Leader
• an outstanding team player
• skills and expertise to continue to develop the highest standards of teaching and learning
• skills and expertise with regard to the principles and practice of effective school self-evaluation including data analysis
• a commitment to promote and develop the inclusive ethos and values of the school and to develop strong partnerships with parents, governors and the community
• Skills, vision and the determination to move our school forward
