Our whole community is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher to lead the growth and continued improvement of our primary school, set near the shores of stunning Poole Harbour.

We are looking for:-

• An outstanding leader with the enthusiasm, drive and vision to ensure that the school is an effective, inclusive and stimulating place to learn.
• An excellent primary education practitioner who ensures that children are at the heart of learning and make outstanding progress.
• A serving Headteacher with a proven and successful record, or if not yet a Headteacher, someone who has the skills, energy, commitment and ability to become an outstanding Headteacher, evidenced by extensive leadership experience as active preparation for Headship.
