Our school is an outstanding, successful and popular school. The current Headteacher is retiring and the Governors are seeking to appoint a successor with effect from 20th April 2015.

The successful candidate will have:

• A clear understanding of Early Years Education
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• The enthusiasm to motivate pupils and staff to achieve their full potential
• An ability to communicate and work in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• Energy and vision to continue the successful development of our school as part of the Wimborne Academy Trust
• The drive and passion to build on our outstanding achievements to date
