Uplands Manor is a larger than average primary which is currently moving to four forms of entry, the school also has a thriving 78 place nursery.

The Governing Body wishes to appoint a Head Teacher with a proven track record of strategic thinking alongside the ability to motivate and inspire pupils, staff, parents and Governors alike. We are very clear in our desire to move to being an Outstanding School

We are looking for an inspirational Head Teacher who can lead our school on our journey from good to outstanding as we grow to four-forms of entry.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence:

• Be able to inspire others through outstanding leadership skills to enable everyone to achieve their best
• Have a clear understanding of the use of current data and its usage in informing potential changes required within the curriculum and staffing structures of a school
