Our wonderful rural school is situated in beautiful countryside and enjoys first class facilities. It serves 4 parishes and lies in the heart of the Corvedale, 7 miles from Ludlow. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Headteacher to continue our excellent progress and to take the school from Good to Outstanding.

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• Be an excellent motivator and manager of staff and enjoy shaping a creative, balanced and innovative curriculum.
• Lead with vision, energy and commitment.
• Be outstanding as a classroom teacher - this post currently requires a regular teaching commitment of 0.5 FTE.
• Value every child and help them achieve their full potential.
• Be a person sympathetic towards the distinctive ethos of our Church of England School.
• Have a strong interest in developing Early Years provision.
• Be an excellent communicator and help develop strong links with the parents and the local community.
