Sparkwell All Saints Primary School is a growing 2 class, 39 pupil free school in a beautiful village location in the South Hams. The governors, staff, children and parents are seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational Headteacher from January 2015 or sooner to take us confidently into the next stage of our development.

We are seeking a leader who is:

• Able to manage a period of significant change within the school and lead us through our first OFSTED inspection
• Visible around school and confident teaching from Reception to Year 6

• An exemplary role model, mentor and communicator
• Be committed to ongoing professional development
• Have high expectations of staff and pupils
• Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
