Headteacher

This position includes some class teaching.

We are a small village school situated in beautiful rural surroundings on the Suffolk Coast. Our children are looking for a Headteacher who:

• will develop the potential of the staff and the children

Our governors are looking for someone who:

•  is able to make a difference to every child
• has an understanding and empathy of the context of our unique school
• can build on and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, children and the local and wider community
• will uphold Christian values
• demonstrates the leadership skills required to achieve our aim to move from 'good' to 'outstanding'.
