The Board of Governors of Heyes Lane Primary School are seeking letters of application from candidates who can demonstrate school leadership and management at the highest level.

Following the successful amalgamation of Heyes Lane Junior School with Heyes Lane Infant and Nursery, the school was rated in its first OfSTED inspection, in January 2013, as Good in all areas with many Outstanding features. It is the largest Primary School within the Borough of Trafford and holds numerous awards including the Basic Skills Quality Mark, Dyslexia Awareness Quality Mark, Eco-schools Green Flag and the Silver Kite Mark for Sport.

We are looking for:

  • An excellent and highly experienced school leader, with a proven record of outstanding leadership and management.
  • An individual with inter-personal and people management skills of the highest order, who is able to communicate and share their vision with the whole school community.
  • A person with the ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and support children, staff, governors, parents and the local community.
