The Governors wish to appoint a new Headteacher as a result of the retirement next year of the current Headteacher. Bishop Perowne is described by SIAS Inspectors as an "outstanding" 11-16 Church of England College and is described by OFSTED Inspectors as a "good school". Highly regarded in the local community, the College is at the cutting edge of developments in learning and teaching, management and leadership, having won a number of national accolades.
The new Headteacher will demonstrate strong qualities of leadership and management, have a clear vision to continue the drive for high standards and uphold our strong Church of England ethos. The new Headteacher will inspire and work in partnership with students, staff, parents, the Governing Body and the local community.
The role of Headteacher is a demanding and hugely rewarding position. The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high-quality education, with a commitment to both the academic success and general welfare of all students.
