Values and vision

While academic attainment is of paramount importance at The College, there is also an in-depth focus on each student’s wider outcomes, such as becoming active citizens and retaining core abilities in English and mathematics. The school believes that if a student attends here they will receive a commitment to the whole student, enriching their lives, increasing their choices and improving their chances of success in an increasingly competitive world.

In 2017 the school completed a three year strategic plan, maintaining The College’s strong community links, while ensuring students become fully qualified, gain meaningful and exciting employment, and progress in their career path.
