We are currently recruiting for a replacement Helpzone 14-19 Guidance Officer to work as part of the Helpzone Team to provide an outstanding service for all; offering a 'one-stop' approach to careers education, information, advice and guidance for all 14-19 year old applicants and learners. The post holder will be responsible for maximising conversion opportunities from application to enrolment and improving retention through the provision of impartial pre-entry and on-going careers education, information, advice and guidance for prospective students, ensuring that opportunities for progression are clear and attainable.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification and GCSE English and Maths at a minimum of Grade C. Candidates should have experience of delivering information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) services, use of computer packages to develop and maintain records and customer care. An ability to empathise and respond effectively to students' needs, a flexible and adaptable approach and strong interpersonal skills are also essential.
