HR Administrator, West Sussex

Campus: Chichester
37 hours per week  

Working within a busy HR team, you will support the recruitment process with timely completion of contractual paperwork and input to the HR database, as well as supporting staff with maternity, paternity and flexible working requests.

Experience of working in HR using customer service and organisational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are all essential.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
