Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing a highly responsive and professional level of service to specific business areas at the college.

You will work as a Business Partner with the department's stakeholders and in doing so provide advice, guidance and support in relation to all aspects of Human Resource Management, to include employee resourcing, reward, relations and development, in line with legislative requirements and good practice.

An integral aspect of this role is to understand the strategic and operational objectives of both the college and the areas that you are assigned to and working in partnership with line managers, ensuring that their Human Resources are appropriately aligned to meet business needs. You will also be actively involved in developing the HR strategy and driving forward new initiatives with elements of project work as defined by the wider business plan.

This is a demanding and challenging role that requires attention to detail and the ability to manage a large and varied workload whilst ensuring that all deadlines are met.

The role will require you to take on and work to the college's values; working with Professionalism, taking Responsibility for your actions, and giving Respect to clients and colleagues alike.
