East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking to recruit well-qualified and motivated individuals to join this successful team. Positive consideration will be given to part-time and or job share applications and secondments, on current salary or adviser rates whichever is greater.

You will:
- have a proven record of excellent teaching and good or outstanding senior leadership in schools
- work as an Improvement Partner with headteachers to move schools to good and outstanding as quickly and sustainably as possible
- plan, manage and deliver high quality CPD
- make a significant contribution to raising standards in schools as an Adviser for all aspects of high quality teaching, learning, leadership and management
- contribute to narrowing gaps for all vulnerable groups
- work in both primary and secondary schools across the county, building effective relationships with Headteachers and staff at all levels.
