Applications are welcome to join this friendly, four-form entry school in April 2012. Fielding Primary School is an exciting place to be. It is expanding in size and is half way through a large £5 million building project.

We have a creative, enthusiastic team with a diverse school community who work in harmony together. This post is subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure, we are committed to safeguarding & promoting the welfare of children.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented candidate to play a key part in further developing our already outstanding school. This is a newly created post and provides an exciting opportunity to develop excellent inclusion practices for pupils with a range of additional needs, links with parents and outside agencies as well as provision for the gifted & talented. The successful candidate will be a member of the school's Leadership Team, work with a team of Assistant Heads and the post gives them opportunities to enhance their own personal development.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

An experienced manager(Experience as a SENCO would be an advantage)
A holder of SEN Diploma (or the ability to obtain one)
An enthusiastic team player
Willing to work in and lead a team
Able to teach across all primary phases
An excellent communicator
Able to lead parental workshops
Committed to high quality learning and teaching
Knowledgeable about curriculum provision for all learners
