The first accredited IB school in Colombia, hereby presents the following vacancies for the academic year 2014-2015:

A motivated and committed teacher of Junior Science to be taught in English, for Secondary school to join a dynamic department at a time of expansion and progress.

Applications are welcome from qualified teachers with a minimum of three years' classroom experience. Knowledge and/or teaching experience of IB programs (MYP or DP) would be an advantage.

The initial two-year contract available for suitable candidates comprises a competitive salary and benefit package including flights, superannuation, housing allowance and assistance with healthcare. The school is located in a beautiful city, which will serve as a base from which to start exploring a remarkable and wonderful country.

 Operating for over sixty years, Colegio Colombo Britanico (CCB) is located in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. This city is located on the Pacific coast, and has a population of 2.4 million. CCB is proud of its designation as an IB World School, teaching students from early childhood to secondary. The International Baccalaureate is taught at Primary Years Programme and Diploma level. Extra-curricular activities include a Model UN, musicals, school newspaper, yearbook, and Scouts. Representative sports teams at CCB are basketball, football, volleyball, gymnastics, swimming, judo and skating. The school also hold an annual Summer Camp.
