Initially 6 months Maternity Cover

We are committed to provide high quality teaching and learning. We have a vibrant cohort of adult and young learners, studying vocational programmes including Catering.

As a Kitchen Assistant you will oversee the day to day running of stores for all Catering and hospitality areas to include the training restaurant, refectory, coffee shop,events ,and practical classroom activities. You will also be responsible for the day to day monitoring of the spend and takings and cashing up of the tills to ensure the they balance for the refectory, coffee shop and Tower Restaurant (the College training restaurant). You will need to have a flexible and adaptable attitude to work and be available to work evenings as required.

You will have at least 4 GCSE's or equivalent and have extensive experience of working in a busy kitchen/catering environment.

This position offers generous paid annual leave, in addition to public holidays, occupational pension plan.
