We are amongst the highest performing schools in the country (2013 performance tables rank the school in the top 150 schools in the country for both attainment and progress) and have an exciting and innovative approach to teaching and learning - a two-teacher, team-teaching approach in every class throughout KS1 and KS2 - resulting in exceptionally rapid progress (the school is ranked in the top 1% of all schools for value-added progress).

Outstanding teaching means that pupils make extremely rapid progress from Years 1 to 6. Teachers use their excellent knowledge of what pupils can already do to plan work which stretches pupils of all abilities. Ofsted May 2014.

VISITNG THE ACADEMY
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. We would like to invite any interested candidates to an open morning on Tue. 9th Sept and Wed. 10th Sept between 10:00am and 11:00am or after school on Wed. 10th Sept between 4:00pm and 5:00pm (please inform our School Administration Team if you wish to attend). If you cannot attend the open morning, our School Administration Team will happily arrange an appointment for you to visit at another, mutually convenient time.

About Grampian Primary Academy

Our school is proud to be part of Anthem, a multi-academy trust that creates ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives.

Grampian Primary Academy caters for approximately 240 pupils, aged 3 to 11. It is situated in spacious grounds which the children enjoy in both their learning and leisure time. The school is made up of eight classes. All classes are well resourced to provide a high-quality curriculum for every child.
