The Academy wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and creative class teacher. We are a large primary school with a wealth of expertise and mutual support as we work within the Wise Owl Trust. We are currently looking for three class teachers for Key Stage 2. One will be a temporary position to cover maternity and the other two will be permanent.
The school has an excellent induction policy and effective appraisal system, with enhanced payscales to reward teachers for their successful appraisal. Staff form a supportive and friendly team and have consistent expectations of children.

About Seymour Road Academy
Seymour Road Academy is a 3-11 primary school located in East Manchester, less than 3 miles from the centre of Manchester. It is one of three academies within the Wise Owl Trust.
Graded as ‘good with an outstanding EYFS’, the staff at Seymour Road have developed a knowledge and skills rich curriculum construct, putting our children at its centre. Our aim is for our children to foster a love of learning and encourage their curiosity in the world around them.
