Job overview

Dersingham primary is a vibrant school full of young enthusiastic teachers. We require an outstanding classroom teacher who is able to lead Mathematics across the school. We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic, and knowledgeable teacher who is able to build on progress we are currently making in Maths and ensure it is taught in a practical way and help us to continue to raise standards.

The successful candidate will be non-classed based, but will be required to work with children at all levels to ensure they make accelerated progress.

The successful candidate will

  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Have a secure knowledge in the teaching of maths
  • Have an ability to work with senior leaders and classroom teachers
  • Take responsibility for INSET
