KS4/KS5 Teacher of Children's Play, Learning & Development (Early Years Educator), Wakefield

We are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who is passionate about Early Years Education, enthusiastic about learning and teaching, and can inspire others.

You will undertake teaching duties as set out on the MPS job description and deliver a BTEC curriculum in Key Stage 4 and 5. This includes the current Level 2 CPLD course offered in Key Stage 4, Level 3 CPLD in co-delivery with Level 3 Diploma in CYPW in Year 13, and the introduction of the new BTEC Early Years Educators course in Year 12 from September 2014.

Salary will be assessed on appointment and be dependent on qualifications and experience. The College welcomes applicants from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Early Years/Primary trained teachers and F.E teachers are also strongly encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of our Personnel Recruitment specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS (CRB) check.
