At Tong High School we are excited about our new full career 'Lead Practitioner Pathway' from early career progression all the way to senior leadership, which is an alternative to the traditional management route. These roles focus on the development of teaching expertise and are classroom based without the requirement to take on curriculum management responsibilities. All applicants need to demonstrate high levels of personal competence which can be evidenced in consistently good to outstanding outcomes.
